Tai Chi Chi Kung @ the Therapy room Cambridge

Come and join us for an hour-long Tai Chi Chi kung class in Cambridge.

We are practicing a Tai Chi Chi Kung 18 move set.

 

We  practice relaxed, flowing movements, deep, natural breathing and mindfulness in order to cultivate  a sense of relaxation, health and wellbeing. These movements are low impact and have been shown to improve posture, balance, coordination and concentration and can be helpful for supporting recovery in a variety of health conditions. They are also good if you simply wish to cultivate a relaxed state of mind.

All levels of experience and fitness are welcome.
